While many distilleries only marginally touch the non-alcoholic alternatives or do not even consider them, the master distiller Holger J.G. Frey has been enthusiastic about his vacuum distillation system since 2010 to create Non Alcohol Distilled variations that will withstand even his own critical palate. Because only spirits that he has found to be one hundred percent perfect leave the Gansloser still for sale, even if they are alcohol-free.
Distiller Frey developed a special distillation process, unlike the usual, completely without alcohol. The ambitious goal was to capture the richness of aromas in their unadulterated form, even without the alcoholic base, and to achieve the level of the model in terms of complexity and density, the Black Gin Distillers Cut - mind you without any subsequent addition of aromas. We achieve this by distilling in a vapor phase under an enormous vacuum and mapping the change in atmosphere from the vacuum with low temperatures.
