Barahonda DO Yecla Blanco (Organic)

An absolute summer wine. Fresh, pale yellow in color with some ripened fruit in the nose and a very mild acidity from the Sauvignon on the palate.

About the winery: In 1925, Antonio Candela Garcia, founder of the winery Senorio de Barahonda, could not have imagined that his grandsons Antonio and Alfredo have expanded the business to become one of the top bodegas in Yecla that highly values quality. Antonio Candela Garcia started out small with the purchase and sale of simple table wines, but in 2003 his grandsons changed course completely and are now considered the absolute top in quality wines from Yecla.
