The wine is quite light in color, straw yellow with a tendency to green and brilliantly clear. This confirms the youthfulness of the wine.
Clear and interesting in the floral aromas, recognizable yellow (tropical) fruit such as apricots, mango and papaya. All this with a clear but balanced acidity. All in all a rich fresh wine with intense spicy and floral aromas and flavors of yellow fruit.
All this makes the wine ideal for combining with some complex dishes such as a paella or Asian dishes such as sashimi. It is also ideal with cheese and charcuterie.
