Grapes harvested at night are cold soaked for three hours after destemming, then pressed and fermented separately in refrigerated tanks. This method gives the wine its delicate, light colour and fresh, elegant character.

MiP Collection immediately stands out with its vibrant fuchsia pink color. In the scent you recognize fresh notes of grapefruit, lemon and pear, together with ripe red fruits and a hint of herbs. The taste is deliciously fresh and fruity, beautifully balanced and elegant. Because the wine matures on fine lees for at least four months, it gets a bit more depth and a soft, round structure.
