Edwin Klaassen and Bart Cales are the brains behind 'Broodheeren', a bakery and knowledge centre where knowledge about craftsmanship and the making of desiccated breads is shared. They do this by offering courses on baking different types of (sourdough) bread. The bakery is located in Raamsdonksveer and on the website (www.broodheeren.nl) you can look at available courses.
Apart from this knowledge sharing, there is also very good bread coming out of the bakery. For example, this dark desem bread, which is incredibly delicious and light, as bread should be. Ideal for every breakfast and lunch table.
