Madame Jeanette is originally from Suriname and seems to be named after a hot lady from Paramaribo. This lady fervently practiced the oldest profession in the world. This pepper has a strong fruity aroma and is frequently used in Surinamese and Antillean cuisine. To get a particularly tasty & spicy sausage, we have processed this pepper through the dry sausage and it really gives a great taste!
