Beautiful handmade Italian fusilli by Martelli, made from Italian and Canadian durum wheat. Because of the way it is made, every sauce sticks to this delicious authentic pasta.
The Fusilli di Pisa is the most recent addition to Martelli's range. The pasta has been designed and produced in memory of Famulus Salvius, a baker's apprentice from Pisa, who began producing pasta for the home on February 13, 1284. It is a tribute to the centuries-long tradition of this ancient craft of pasta makers from Pisa. The shape of the pasta represents the famous Tower of Pisa with the walking path to reach the top.
