La Lia Crispy Chilli Oil
Eva Lia, working for years as a creative culinary strategist in the food world, has launched her first own product with the Crispy Chilli Oil. Inspired by her upbringing, Eva Lia is now marketing her family recipe for this delicious crispy oil in the Netherlands.
She herself likes to combine the Crispy Chili Oil on toast with avocado, or substitute salt and pepper with this delicious product on a burrata. Other applications include hummus or mayonnaise mixed with Eva's Crispy Chilli Oil, or using it to add just a little extra spice to a soup or pasta.
