One of the key ingredients of our soy sauce comes from the traditional salt marshes of Guérande, where sea salt has been hand-harvested for over 2,000 years. It was only natural for us to explore new possibilities. We now infuse this salt with our soy sauce and age it for at least 12 months in former soy sauce barrels, creating Tomasu Soy Salt.
We started using it in our own kitchen, but it only became a daily staple once we paired it with a proper mill. Freshly ground, the flavors truly come alive. That’s why we pair our salt with a precision mill crafted by Peugeot Saveurs, makers of their iconic mills since 1874. This mill is built to last a lifetime, delivering a smooth, consistent grind every time, from extra fine (powder) to coarse.
