Le Sfoglie literally means "leaves" in Italian, this thin Italian toast is made from corn, and is therefore completely gluten-free. The flavor of corn is nicely reflected in the toast, and partly for this reason makes it suitable to eat with a piece of cheese, or a nice tapenade.
Ingredients: Whole wheat corn flour 54%, potato starch, vegetable oils (sunflower, mails, rapeseed, soy) modified corn starch, salt. Processed in a facility with: wheat, nuts, milk, soy.
